The staff

Coordinator of educational and teaching activities: carries out the internal coordination function as established by the regulation. 

FISM Pedagogical Coordinator: she supports and supports the School with pedagogical and didactic consultancy also through section observations of the educational day. She deals with the training and updating of teachers together with colleagues from the FISM Pedagogical Coordination.

Teachers: the school's teachers are professionally trained according to current legislation. The teachers constantly update themselves through participation in the courses offered by the FISM which delve into issues relating to the cultural, pedagogical, educational and didactic issues of the nursery school and the context in which it is inserted.
 Every year the teaching staff, together with the pedagogical coordinator, evaluates the possibility of participating in the local training proposals (OfficeVIII of the Territorial area of ​​Modena, Municipality, Memo). Teachers and staff also participate in courses regarding the safety and management of the canteen if the competent authorities make it necessary.  
 The teaching group is enriched by the presence of two volunteers.
